Earning Badges is fun and engaging for children.

At the Global Digital Library, there are different ways of earning badges.

Our early math curriculum is divided into 42 topics. One badge is awarded for each of these topics to users that complete the level up task with an 80% score or higher.

At the bottom of all topic pages you will find the “Level up banner”. Click on the “level up” button to earn a badge.

Get started

A user must be logged in to the GDL to earn badges.

First step: Go to https://digitallibrary.io/login

Follow the instructions to log in or register as member.

Follow the learners progress. You will get an email verification every time your child or student has earned a badge. When logged in find summary of all badges earned under “My badges” in the menu.

The email will be sent to the address you used when you registered at the GDL.
